Revalushion is a management agency structured after the mother agency model — a system in which a local agency identifies, develops, and prepares talent before placing them with established agencies in major markets. Unlike a traditional booking agency, we don't simply connect talent with jobs. We build careers from the ground up: developing each individual, preparing them for real industry standards, and acting as their advocate and oversight long after placement.
We are boutique and selective by design. Every model we represent receives our full attention, our full network, and our honest assessment of what it takes to build a career that lasts. We do not operate on volume. Commission-based representation — no fees, no programs, no shortcuts.

Your submission photos should be simple, clean, and current. We need to see you — not a styled shoot. Photos taken on a phone in good natural light are perfectly acceptable. No filters, no heavy editing.
Face — Straight On
Clean face, natural light, no heavy makeup or filters. Hair pulled back preferred. This is the shot agencies look at first.
Full Body — Front
Head to toe, form-fitting clothing or swimwear, neutral background. Natural stance — no posing required.
Current photos only — within the last 60 days preferred. No professional shoot required. We are looking at your natural features, proportions, and presence. What you look like right now is exactly what we need to see.

To support the development process, Revalushion works with a select group of photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and creative professionals. These collaborators are not a general marketplace — they are chosen specifically for their ability to produce work that meets industry standards and serves the model's development goals.
Every creative brought into a Revalushion development shoot is vetted, intentional, and aligned with our standards. We do not operate as an open booking platform for creatives. These partnerships exist to serve our models — not the other way around.
Creatives interested in joining the network may submit inquiries directly. Selection is limited and based on demonstrated capability and professional alignment.

Selected for their ability to produce industry-standard digitals and editorial-quality test work for model development.
Stylists
Curated for their market knowledge and ability to position models accurately for the boards they're being presented to.
Makeup Artists
Selected for clean, casting-appropriate work that enhances a model's natural look without obscuring it.
Creative Professionals
Additional collaborators — retouchers, art directors, production — brought in as needed for specific development projects.

RMA 360 is our select roster of multifaceted creative artists — individuals whose work goes beyond a single discipline and whose talent we represent and champion at the same level as our models. These are not vendors or support roles. They are artists we believe in, advocate for, and bring into opportunities with the same commitment we give every model on our roster.
RMA 360 artists are individually selected based on artistic merit, professional standard, and alignment with Revalushion's vision. Representation under RMA 360 is not a network listing — it carries the same weight as model representation. We stand behind these artists fully, champion their careers, and bring them into the right spaces.
